MB Quart Nautic Speakers

Both the NK1-116L and NT1-120 feature new MB Quart technology which they share in common to create improved sound quality and durability in the marine and power sports businesses. Chief among those shared design ideas are, 1” pure titanium dome tweeters paired with either the 6.5” or the 8” midrange / midbass composite frames. The speakers also feature water resistant spiders and high temperature voice coils with Kapton formers.

To handle the harsh environment of the sea, the lake or the dunes, the new MB Quart line of marine and power sports speakers and towers have been engineered to the highest marine standards including IPX67, even the crossovers for the speakers are conformal coated to protect against moisture and dust.

Additional highlights for the two Award Winning MB Quart speaker systems is multi-color RGB illumination in the NK1-116L and rock solid inclusive mounting systems for the NT-120.

On all “L” model MB Quart Nautic speakers, limitless color choices are available with color on, off, strobe and programmed “light shows”. The optional N1-RC is required for detailed control of lighting systems and to sync multiple illuminated speakers. A pre-programmed demo mode is included on all lighted systems.

For the new wake tower speakers the major advancement is in the mounting system. An injection molded enclosure improves strength while increasing volume and bass response. The enclosure itself is steel reinforced to handle the bumps and jumps of the powersports lifestyle. A centering ring keeps the speaker from looking crooked when mounted on an angle. Each NT1 speaker includes mounting clamps for a variety of bar diameters from 1.5” to 2.75″
